Welcome to Intensity!

Intensity is an exercise session tailored to help keep you fit, entertained, and engaged for the ISU alumni weekend.

During our sessions together, it is my job to run you through a sequence of body stretches and interval training regimens. You can expect yoga postures, planks, squats, the mountain climber, and many more! At the start, there will be a brief introduction to tell you a bit about myself and what we will cover. Towards the end, the floor will be open for you to share any exercises you would like to cover or repeat before wrapping up. 

All you need to have are:

  1. Clear floor space to perform ground exercises
  2. A comfortable outfit for the gym, yoga, or doing sports 
  3. A towel 
  4. Water
  5. Yourself! 
  6. Optional: a yoga mat
